M5azn Information Technology Company (Commercial Registration: 1010191413) welcomes you and informs you that below are the terms and conditions governing your use of the M5azn online platform and all related legal implications.

By using the M5azn platform — whether as a supplier, merchant, or otherwise — you acknowledge your full legal and regulatory capacity and agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

It should be noted that the M5azn platform is an electronic platform, and this agreement becomes valid and effective upon your approval and registration on the platform, in accordance with Articles 5 and 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.

Article 1 - Agreement Approval

The supplier agrees to the membership and privacy policy upon joining the M5azn platform to sell products through its online channels, as per the terms stated in this document.


Article 2 – Usage Restrictions

  • The supplier must have full legal capacity, a commercial registration, and a tax number or freelance document.
  • The supplier must be at least 18 years old.
  • The supplier is directly responsible for all product licenses and registrations required by regulatory bodies.

Article 3 - Confidentiality

  • The supplier acknowledges that all information provided by M5azn is confidential and proprietary.
  • It is prohibited to disclose confidential information to any competing entity.
  • Any breach of confidentiality results in immediate termination of the agreement.

Article 4 - Termination and Product Return

  • The supplier may retrieve their products by notifying M5azn within 30 days.
  • The supplier may cancel the agreement by notifying M5azn within 30 days.

Article 5 - Product Pricing

  • Determine the wholesale (cost) price excluding VAT.
  • Set the selling price on the M5azn platform.
  • VAT is added upon payment.
  • M5azn takes a 5% commission, not borne by the supplier.

Article 6 – Order Receiving Mechanism

Orders are received from the supplier’s warehouse or delivered to M5zen’s warehouse in Al-Sulay.

For suppliers outside Riyadh, they must ship products through the approved shipping company under the following conditions:

  • Deliver the parcel to the approved shipping company.
  • Update the order on the shipping company’s system.
  • Ship the order on the same day the airway bill is issued.
  • Place the airway bill inside the parcel without any external labels.

Article 7 – Product Policy and Warranty

  • The supplier must provide all manufacturer or brand warranties.
  • If unavailable, a minimum 24-month warranty must be provided.
  • All products must be original, new, accurately described, and include a barcode.
  • High-quality packaging is required.

Article 8 – Defective Products

  • Reject receiving counterfeit or non-compliant products.
  • Replace rejected products at the supplier’s expense within 3 business days.
  • Compensation may be claimed for any losses or costs.
  • The supplier bears full responsibility for any violations.

Article 9 – Shipping and Delivery

  • Al-M5azn covers all shipping and delivery costs.
  • The platform is not responsible for manufacturing defects.

Article 10 – Financial Settlements

  • Payments are made based on the agreed deferred payment system.
  • Amounts are settled within 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Any penalties or fees are deducted from the total.
  • Payments are transferred within the first 10 working days of each Gregorian month.

Article 11 – Storage Policy

  • The supplier may choose to store products at M5azn’s warehouses or their own.
  • If stored at Al-M5azn, the following storage fees apply:
  • Standard storage (40×40×40 cm): 10 SAR per SKU monthly.
  • Heavy storage (1×1×1 m pallet): 220 SAR per pallet monthly.

If the supplier is unresponsive for more than three months, M5azn has the right to dispose of the products after deducting profits and settling dues.


Article 12 – Legal Responsibility

  • The supplier bears full legal responsibility for the quality and authenticity of the products.
  • The supplier is responsible for all intellectual property rights of used content.
  • M5azn’s responsibility is limited to providing the technical platform.
  • The supplier bears responsibility for any claims or violations.
